Turn Creators Into a Revenue Channel

For a developer, a creator channel is worth scaling only if it does two things. First, it should bring players into a game hub the studio owns. Second, creator rewards should be tied to tracked purchases, not reach or impressions.
The problem is that many creator programs are still run like a sponsorship. Negotiate, post, report, reconcile, repeat. That works for one off campaigns. It does not scale cleanly into a repeatable revenue channel. As programs grow, two areas get harder to scale, attribution and operations. The studio may get reach, content, and short term visibility, but the link between creator activity and player spending is weak. And every extra creator adds administrative work.
Aghanim’s Creator Program changes the structure. It connects influencers, streamers, and content creators directly to the game hub through revenue share. The model can run without prepaid creator fees. Creators earn a share of attributed net revenue when sales happen.
How Aghanim’s Creator Program Works
At its core is revenue share tied to the game hub. A studio configures the program once, setting regions, eligibility rules, payment methods, and a revenue share range. From there, the creator channel connects to the existing monetization funnel instead of becoming another parallel system.
Creators are invited by email through the platform. They complete onboarding, providing country and contact details and accepting the program terms, and then appear in the dashboard as active partners. After that, adding a creator is an action, not a project.
Attribution
The program handles attribution in two ways, promo codes and referral links, both connected directly to the game hub.
When a player enters a creator's promo code at checkout in the game hub, the purchase is attributed to that creator. When a player clicks a creator's referral link, they land in the game hub with a session tag applied automatically, and purchases in that session are credited to the creator.
If a player clicks more than one creator's link, the last click wins, so the rule is clear and predictable for everyone.
The result is that the studio sees which creator drove purchases, not just visits or content views.
A creator code can do more than attribute a sale. A free item, bonus currency, discount, or creator specific offer gives the player a reason to use it, and the studio a cleaner path from creator content to a tracked purchase.

Operations
Attribution decides who gets paid. Operations decide whether paying them stays manageable as the program grows.
Before the first payout, each creator is verified against program requirements and completes KYC, including identity, age, and country checks. Sanctions and regional payout restrictions are applied at the platform level, so the studio does not have to track eligibility country by country.
The workflow runs on Aghanim's infrastructure. It tracks each creator's balance, applies the studio's revenue share rules, and handles payouts once a creator reaches the $100 threshold. The studio does not have to process individual invoices, manual transfers, or monthly reconciliation across dozens of creators.
Paying for Revenue, Not Reach
Creators are paid in proportion to the revenue they generate, never for impressions or reach. Each one earns a share of the purchases their code or link drives, deducted from net revenue at the point of sale. No sales, no payout. When sales grow, so do creator rewards.
Revenue share also lets the studio set terms by creator. A small or unproven creator can start at a modest percentage while the studio tests their impact. A larger or more important partner can be set higher, or on a tiered structure.
Once the tiers are set, the platform enforces them automatically, with no recalculation each period.
A Creator Channel Built Around Studio Needs
Most creator programs are pitched around creators. Aghanim’s Creator Program is built around the studio, turning creator activity into sales with minimal extra workload and a payment model tied to results.
Creators don’t need to send players into rented platform ecosystems. They can bring players to the studio's own game hub, where engagement, offers, loyalty, and purchases can be owned and optimized. The studio shares revenue only when the creator's audience spends, so incentives stay aligned and revenue stays measurable.
Aghanim helps studios run the channel through their own game hub, defining eligibility rules, setting attribution logic, configuring revenue share tiers, and building creator specific offers.
